He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma in 1977 and earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Oklahoma State University in 1974. During the past 45 years, Mr. Hartley has been involved with all facets of private legal practice, including general, civil, trial, appellate and federal practice, real property, corporation, taxation, eminent domain, commercial, probate, personal injury, criminal defense, criminal prosecution and estate planning law.
Mr. Hartley serves as General Counsel to the Tulsa Development Authority, an urban renewal authority organized by the City of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Mr. Hartley’s practice has emphasized legal services to condemning authorities in Oklahoma and Missouri. He has been directly responsible for the acquisition, through eminent domain, of over 800 parcels of land. Condemnation proceeding have been filed by Mr. Hartley on these parcels in twenty counties in Oklahoma as well as the Northern and Eastern Federal District Courts of Oklahoma for property owned by restricted Indians. He is a veteran of over 75 jury trials to determine just compensation. Representative clients include The Oklahoma Department of Transportation, The Oklahoma Turnpike Authority, Tulsa Development Authority, KAMO Power, The Grand River Dam Authority, Empire District Electric Company and the Cities of Broken Arrow and Vinita, Oklahoma.
In addition to his law practice, Jot and his wife, Renee, along with their sons, own and operate a registered Angus cattle ranch west of Vinita, Oklahoma known as Hartley Creek Ranch. Mr. Hartley is a past President of the American Angus Association, after eight years of service on its Board of Directors, and is a past President and Board Member of the Oklahoma Angus Association, Oklahoma Beef Incorporated and the Vinita Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Hartley is a past President of Home of Hope, an organization that provides services to the adult mentally handicapped.
Travis was admitted to the Oklahoma bar in 2004 and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Oklahoma Northern District. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma in 2004 and his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Oklahoma State University in 2001.

Travis and his wife, Shana, both grew up in Vinita and have three children. He is the former president of the Vinita Area Chamber of Commerce. He currently serves as judge of the Vinita Municipal Court and is on the Board of Directors for Home of Hope.

Andrew was admitted to the practice of law in Oklahoma in 2009 and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Northern District, of Oklahoma. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2009. He earned his Bachelor's degree from Oral Roberts University, with a double major of Business Administration and United States History. While attending Oral Roberts, he was a member of the basketball team, which in 2006, participated in the NCAA tournament. His primary areas of focus are criminal law and family law.
Drew grew up in Houston, Texas, and is the oldest of six children to Richard and Melita Meloy. When not working, his favorite activities are: spending time with his daughter Hayley and his brothers, running, gardening, cheering for his beloved Houston sports franchises, and fostering dogs and cats for the Tulsa County Animal Shelter.
